WHAT IS AGENCY NI?
Agency NI is a creative agency and digital content studio producing fashion, editorial, advertising, social, and campaign-ready visual content for brands, businesses, creators, and commercial projects.
WHAT CAN I PURCHASE?
Agency NI offers several types of creative products, including Layouts, Campaigns, Trending content, and custom Enterprise work.
Individual product pages show exactly what is included with each purchase.
WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN A LAYOUT AND A CAMPAIGN?
A Layout is a curated collection of finished still imagery designed for immediate creative, editorial, social, and promotional use.
A Campaign is a more complete creative package and may include multiple finished images, motion or video content, and additional campaign assets depending on the product.
WHAT IS TRENDING?
Trending is Agency NI’s evolving collection of timely creative concepts, visual directions, cultural ideas, and emerging aesthetics. These releases are designed to move quickly and reflect what is happening now rather than follow a traditional campaign schedule.
CAN I USE THE CONTENT COMMERCIALLY?
Yes. Standard Agency NI digital products include a commercial-use license unless the product page states otherwise.
You may generally use licensed content for your website, social media, advertising, marketing, presentations, promotional materials, e-commerce, and related business communications. Full details are provided in the Agency NI License Agreement.
DO I OWN THE CONTENT AFTER I PURCHASE IT?
You receive the right to use the purchased content under the applicable Agency NI license. Purchasing a product does not automatically transfer ownership of Agency NI’s underlying intellectual property, source materials, or production systems.
CAN I EDIT THE IMAGES OR VIDEO?
Yes. Reasonable editing for your permitted use is allowed.
You may crop, resize, reformat, add typography, add your own branding, make reasonable color adjustments, and adapt content for different platforms.
Restrictions apply to cloning talent, extracting identities, redistributing source files, AI model training, and other uses described in the License Agreement.
IS THE CONTENT EXCLUSIVE?
Standard Agency NI products are non-exclusive unless they are specifically identified as exclusive.
Exclusive campaigns, category exclusivity, territorial exclusivity, and complete creative buyouts can be arranged through custom or Enterprise engagements.
DO I HAVE TO CREDIT AGENCY NI?
No. Attribution is not normally required when using Agency NI content under the standard commercial license unless a particular product or agreement specifically says otherwise.
IS AGENCY NI CONTENT CREATED WITH ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE?
Agency NI uses a modern hybrid creative process that may combine photography, art direction, digital production, editing, compositing, artificial intelligence, synthetic media, motion tools, and traditional creative techniques.
The final creative product—not any single tool—is the focus of the Agency NI process.
ARE THE PEOPLE IN THE IMAGES REAL?
Agency NI content may include photographed talent, digitally created talent, fictional characters, synthetic identities, digitally modified imagery, or combinations of these approaches.
The nature of the production method does not change the customer’s responsibility to use the delivered content within the applicable license.
CAN I USE AGENCY NI CONTENT TO TRAIN AN AI MODEL?
No, not under the standard license. Agency NI content may not be used to train or fine-tune AI models, create identity models, build datasets, clone depicted talent, or independently reproduce Agency NI characters or likenesses unless Agency NI provides express written permission.
HOW ARE DIGITAL PRODUCTS DELIVERED?
Digital products may be delivered through download, customer-account access, email, electronic transfer, or another delivery method identified during purchase. Delivery details are provided with the applicable order.
HOW SOON DO I RECEIVE MY PURCHASE?
Finished digital products are generally intended for electronic delivery after successful payment processing.
Custom and Enterprise projects follow the production schedule established for the individual project.
WHAT IF I HAVE TROUBLE DOWNLOADING MY PURCHASE?
Contact Agency NI with your order information. If there is a problem with delivery or access, we will make a reasonable effort to restore access, provide a replacement download, or correct the delivery issue.
CAN I GET A REFUND?
Because digital products can be downloaded, copied, and used immediately, successfully delivered digital purchases are generally final.
Agency NI will review legitimate issues involving duplicate charges, non-delivery, corrupted files, incorrect products, material defects, or circumstances where a refund or other remedy is required. Please see the Agency NI Refund Policy for complete details.
CAN I SHARE THE FILES WITH MY DESIGNER OR AGENCY?
Yes. You may provide licensed files to employees, designers, advertising agencies, printers, developers, production companies, or other service providers when they need the files to create permitted work on your behalf. They do not receive an independent license to use or resell the content.
CAN I RESELL AGENCY NI CONTENT?
No. The standard commercial license allows you to use Agency NI content in your business and marketing, but it does not allow you to resell, redistribute, sublicense, or offer the original files as stock media, templates, downloadable assets, or similar products.
CAN AGENCY NI CREATE SOMETHING SPECIFICALLY FOR MY BRAND?
Yes.
Agency NI offers custom creative development and Enterprise services for clients who require individually developed campaigns, product integration, consulting, production, exclusivity, specialized licensing, or creative work built around a particular brand.
CAN I PROVIDE MY OWN PRODUCT OR BRAND MATERIALS?
Yes. Custom projects may incorporate customer-provided products, logos, photography, video, packaging, reference materials, copy, or other creative assets. You must have the necessary rights and permissions for any materials you provide to Agency NI.
DOES AGENCY NI GUARANTEE CAMPAIGN RESULTS?
No specific sales, engagement, audience-growth, conversion, advertising, or commercial result is guaranteed unless a separate written agreement expressly provides otherwise. Creative performance depends on many factors outside Agency NI’s control.
WILL AGENCY NI OFFER PHYSICAL PRODUCTS?
Agency NI may offer prints, books, limited editions, or other physical products. When physical products are available, applicable production, shipping, return, and licensing information will be provided with those products.
